Custom Rugs

Sometimes a space needs something unusual. Although we have a variety of rug styles, colors and sizes in stock, often times it is necessary to create a custom version of a chosen design specifically to suit your space. We have hundreds of colors with which to work in our existing color bank, but in case you don’t find the perfect one… a close match to your fabric or paint chip sample will give you just the shade that you had in mind. We can also change the materials to help you achieve the perfect rug, both in its aesthetics and function. The scale of the pattern can also be adjusted; our in- house CAD drafters can provide a full color drawing of your rug for approval, prior to production.

Additionally, if you would like to see the drawing of your custom rug in your own home, you can provide us with a picture of your space and your rug can be placed in the room for you, giving you a better idea of how it will look.

If you need to change the shape of the rug to better accommodate your room, we will also be glad to have it drawn specially for you, to your exact dimensions. Because your satisfaction is our highest priority, there is no “up charge” for any of our custom orders. Once the order is placed, a strike-off sample can be provided to ensure that you are happy with the colors and details before the rug is made. At this time, any changes to color or pattern can be accommodated.

All custom rugs are made especially for you, and you will receive our guidance along the way, until the rug is completed. Once we know the size, material, pattern, and colors being used, you will receive a very close estimate of the production time for your hand-made rug.

In case you are working with a very short deadline, our own overseas looms can accommodate “rush orders”. Usually, our production time is up to 75% shorter than typically offered in the custom rug industry, as we have teams of weavers who will work in different shifts. In other words... Our looms never sleep!
